Cover ornamented with rubber stamps in black ink: sender's return address. Rubber stamp in yellow ink: "ceLL". Rubber stamp in green ink: "NETWORK IS CONCERT" and "YOU ARE CONDUCTOR". Rubber stamp in blue ink: "PRINTED MATTER". Rubber stamp in blue and red ink: circular design with mushroom cloud silhouette, "NO MORE HIROSHIMA", and "RYOSUKE COHEN". Rubber stamp in purple and orange ink: cartoon sumo wrestler. 2 US letter sheets enclosed, stapled together. Typewritten letter from Ryosuke Cohen dated "Sept.85" objecting to Western handling of Japan's economy and culture. A3 sheet enclosed. Issue No.12 of Brain Cell, January 1986. List of contributors and date/number not included or missing, issue identified at Brain Cell Compilation blog (see citation sheet in folder). Sheet covered in various rubber stamps and artist stamps in various colors.
