Cover ornamented with multicolored rubber stamps. Artist stamp design in green, blue, and black ink, depicting a profile in silhouette with birth and death dates implying that Ryosuke Cohen will live for exactly 100 years (1948-2048). Artist stamp design in green, blue, and black ink, depicting a horse with "Ryosuke Cohen 1985." "ceLL" in red ink. "PRINTED MATTER ONLY" in red and blank ink. Sender's return address in black ink. Bust of Stalin front, back, and in profile in blue and green ink. "C" lettering, "NET-WORK IS CONCERT" and "YOU ARE CONDUCTOR" in red, green, blue and black ink. Poster enclosed. International Mail Art Exhibition in Osaka, March to November 1984. Invitations to participate in various mail art projects.
