Thomas G. Winner was an eminent American slavist and semiotician. 2 pages of the letter are addressed to Natalia, and 2 pages are written to her daughter, Irina. N. A. Roskina forwarded Winner's letter to Irina in Rogachev, Belarus'. The envelope in the folder relates to that re-sending.
