Other papers beg Dwenger of furnish this list. Egan has noticed an article about "Preludes" in the "London Tablet" and the writer is not fair to his sonnets. However, they do have a lack of pause in the octava which is caused from following too closely the Italian form "En Manchi." Hickey would like the September issue of the "Irish Monthly" and sends his love. Hickey regrets Hudson did not give them a chance to show him some hospitality this summer....

Miss Emery reports on subscriptions for the Ave Maria. She shared the $5 received for "St. Rose of Lima" with Miss Churchill. She used the Water of Lourdes herself and received marked benefit from it, and the other bottle was given to a protestant friend. Miss Quicker delayed in writing in order to give a more definite reply, but now she cannot say when she will be free to send short articles, perhaps in two months. She cannot write a continued story for less than $5 a page - the rate of other magazines. But it would not matter for a short article.
