A citation and testimonial from the Massachusetts Committee, Catholics, Protestants, and Jews, 25 May 1950; "Resolutions on the Resignation of Frank Leahy from Notre Dame University," from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives, 1 February 1954; the Banshees Award for Sportsmanship, 15 September 1955; a certificate from the Notre Dame Club of Chicago, 7 December 1964; a certificate appointing Leahy a Sagamore of the Wabash, 13 January 1969; an official citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives congratulating Leahy on his election to the College Football Hall of Fame, 29 January 1969; a resolution from the Sacramento City Council welcoming Leahy as Honorary Marshal for the 1969 St. Patrick's Day Parade, 14 March 1969; a scrapbook celebrating Leahy's enrollment in the National Football Association's Hall of Fame, with letters of congratulation and clippings, 1970; and "A Game Guy's Prayer" by Frank Leahy.
