Rev. Eugene C. Best was Director of Radio and Television for the Diocese of Cleveland. He was an accredited journalist at the Second Vatican Council and had a regular radio program on which he interviewed participants in the Council. He won the Gabriel Award for best broadcasting regarding Vatican II.
