Scope and Content
Audio recordings of Collegiate Jazz Festival performances (1959-2008); audio recording of the Notre Dame Glee Club (1994); 24 Collegiate Jazz Festival programs (1962-2008); 6 Collegiate Jazz Festival posters (1987-1995); a Collegiate Jazz Festival brochure and some blank stationary (1979). Also a cassette audio tape of music by Notre Dame alumnus and jazz musician Charlie Davis (class of 1921) and several of the bands with which he played (including the Charlie Davis Orchestra, the Jean Goldkette Orchestra and Hoagy Carmichael and His Orchestra); and four pieces of printed material about Davis.
