Club records including its constitution, minutes, programs of meetings; records of its annual history essay contest; copies of study guides produced by the club; correspondence of its moderator, secretary-treasurer, and bulletin editor; and financial records and membership lists. Individuals represented in the correspondence include Thomas T. McAvoy, CSC, Philip Gleason, Mercedes Muenz, Sister Mary Clarence, SSJ, Grace Modica, and Norbert Skvarla, OSB.

Biographical / Historical
A club oriented towards parochial-school teachers of history and social studies and dedicated to the improvement of the members' historical knowledge and teaching skills. To these ends, the Club held annual meetings and published the Quarterly Bulletin and periodic study guides. Thomas T. McAvoy, CSC, was the founder, driving force, and mentor of the Club.
