Elder has just received Bishop Casper Henry Borgess ' answer to his enquiries about Father Nicholas A. Gallagher . Borgess says he is a good and zealous young priest, but he was only an honorary candidate on the list sent to Rome, urged to remove another who was thought by several to be unfit.
