Scope and Contents
C. Rouyer keeps writing to Beccard to send him $30 for the ostensorium sent him last May. Beccard is busy with workmen and building, the railroad is under water and will be for 2 months. No one dares go into the city because of the epidemic. So Beccard asks Rousselon to pay the bill; he will repay soon. Rouyer asks 1 piastre extra for packing and shipping. He cannot collect it.
