Borgess sends the report made out by Father Theophilus Anciaux at Borgess's request concerning the Cheboygan matters. Borgess will be happy to answer questions concerning it and asks that Purcell forward the affadavit sent him. Father John B. Kayser of Versailles, Ohio has notified Borgess that Purcell has told him of his incorporation in the diocese of Detroit.
