She addresses Purcell in behalf of a gentleman who solicits the counsel and religious instruction of the Catholic Church. He was arrested and placed in irons at McLean Barracks, near Cincinnati. His name is Vincent Marmaduke and he comes from a wealthy family of Missouri. :: II-5-b A.L.S. 2pp. 12mo.
