Claypool, John W., Indianapolis, Indiana to James F. Edwards, Notre Dame, Indiana, 1907 March 19
Scope and Contents
Edwards will please find an affidavit which if it states the truth, he will be glad if Edwards will sign it before a Notary. Mr. George Rhodius' condition is very bad. Dr. Kimberlain was alarmed about him for a time. He is anxious to have this thing at an end and a permanent guardian for George to the end that they may get rid of this vile woman. Note: The affidavit, singed by Edwards and Brother Albeus, C.S.C. Notary Public stating that Edwards knows Rhodius, was with him in January, and that he Rhodius was nothing more nor less than an imbecile, incapable of transacting business at that time. :: XI-2-j L.S.(Typed) 2pp.
