Mrs. Smith, Sinclair and he arrived the first and have had a delightful time. They will go to Rome next week. He has collected quite a complete set of reproductions from the frescoe's at Pompeii. He is anxious to get their boy in school. He met Judge Kavanaugh a devoted friend of Notre Dame. He can scarcely find anyone to practice Italian on; they have the American accent and English is an important study in Italian schools. :: XI-2-j A.L.S. 2pp.
