Edwards' very kind letter came in due time; the postal cards also came. He wishes Edwards a Happy New Year and many of them. Edwards should not forget to take his liver pills and tell him just how he is in health. He encloses a medal commemorating the hundredth anniversary of the Holy Cross Cathedral; he explains about the church on the medal.
