Scope and Contents

The General is making a thorough visitation seeing everyone and insisting that everyone tell him what they think of the Province. Every effort will be made to down his Morrissey's influence. The General must see that he Morrissey is backed by many members. All that can be done is to send them all off to some one house and he thinks there will be enough to make a lively house and a happy one. He is ready for any emergency. He has to go carefully all must remember, for the General made the man John A. Zahm and gave him absolute power and there may be a reaction under pressure.
