Barton, Francis W., Danville, Illinois to James F. Edwards, Notre Dame, Indiana, 1903 December 27

 Item — Box: CEDW 12, Folder: 01
Identifier: CEDW XI-2-f

Scope and Contents

They were delighted with the books Edwards sent them. They think they have a nice little library for a start. He and wife have been buying books for the past two years and in ten years they expect to have the best library in Danville. They are not as yet settled in their new home. He went into partnership; with one of the leading old physicians and is up to his eyes in work bearing the weight of both his and the other doctor's practice as well as the railroad work. He rarely hears from Notre Dame since Preston died. :: XI-2-f A.L.S. 8pp.
