He writes in regard to Master Edward Reising who writes that the prospect of his studying law in not very encouraging as he is not allowed to attend the lectures in law and that he may be obliged to spend six years at Notre Dame. His father will not be able to send him longer than three years; he would be willing to make sacrifices if the boy were allowed to attend some of the law lectures. :: XI-1-o A.L.S. 4pp.
