Gregori, Fannie, Florence, Italy to James F. Edwards, Notre Dame, Indiana, 1896 March 26
Item — Box: CEDW 7, Folder: 16
Identifier: CEDW XI-1-n
Scope and Contents
Her father Luigi Gregori is very ill and she asks for prayers. She wishes Edwards to tell Sister Aloysius C.S.C. to write her father to send all the pictures he has finished. There is only one undone but she fears he will never have strength to complete it. They are in great expense just now. They would sell the Nativity for $2000 if Notre Dame would buy it. The thought that her father might remain without means of supporting himself enables her to make the sacrifice. :: XI-1-n A.L.S. 4pp.
