He thanks God that Judge Dunne has begun to speak; he is ahead also in his views of the school question. In the United States the people are the state. The whole question is resolved into help yourself and God will help you. This is Christian teaching. Soon as Catholics unite they will have the fullness of their rights in the matter of schools.
