The Ocean is between them, yer Nester is sure he is not forgotten. The hardest week of the lumberman is the drive. The logs put into the river during the winter are flooded away. The logs will jam the river in about 15 miles. Wages are so high and if the men are not watched they will shirk in order to get in as much time as possible.
