Scope and Contents

He has searched in vain for a purple biretta and cassock of Bishop Mathias Loras of Dubuque, Iowa. He will write to Newark where he must have left it in packing. All he has of any value of the Bishop is a fine gold watch which De Cailly has been using for the last 29 years. He sends his faculties signes by Loras. P.S.
