The books have been shipped by express. He does not think there are many copies of the "Catholic Miscellany" of charleston to be found. The Sisters of Mercy in Sumter, S. C. have a copy. The copy they had was burned in the great fire of Dec. 11, 1861. They have 7 vols. of "U. S. Catholic Magazine"; 6 Vols. "Metropolitan".
