He writes concerning the badge Edwards sent for St. Michael's Jr. Pioneer Corps. The drill was won by John J.Mckee. There is a falling off in the corps. Mr. Thomas Downing is leaving them and the rest are disquited over that. Hanagan asks Edwards to write to Downing not to leave and to bring back the boys who left.
