He wrote to the Sister Superior at Tarragona pressing Edwards' request for a souvenir of Bishop Domenech. She can send him a silk cassock but no mitre. Alemany will try to get the cassock to Edwards. There must be some mitre of the bishop in Pittsburg. Alemany left several old mitres of his and many letters in San Fransico.
