Mother Ascension has informed Edwards that Madame has promised to assist them in securing souvenirs of Cardinal John B. de Cheverus, first Bishop of Boston. They have established a national monument to the American Bishops in the form of a Bishops' Memorial Hall . They are particularly anxious to secure a mitre used by the first Bishop of each diocese.
