Part of the decrees of the general chapter of 1872 were read yesterday. He gives a list of the obediences and would like to make bets on some of them. The Scholastics have not received theirs yet. Mr. Frank Bigelow has verbal orders to go to New Brunswick. There are rumors that Mr. Daniel E. Hudson C.S.C. is going to Rome or France.
