The Committee on Ways and Means has estimated the cost of the Columbian Catholic Congress at $12,000.00. This sum will be made up by a proportionate assessment on each diocese, and will be handed to the chairman of the diocesan delegation. Payment should be made before the close of the Congress ——if not, it should be sent to M. W. O'Brien of Detroit. Dioceses not represented by organized delegations will be asked to contribute $100.
