Scope and Contents
Though the kindness of the A.C. Bartletts, Barrows will give a reception to foreign delegates to the Parliament of Religion. He asks Onahan's aid in making this as Catholic as possible by giving him the names of foreign delegates to the (Columbian) Catholic Congress and other representative Catholics, especially Cardinal Gibbons. Onahan is asked to communicate with the Cardinal. Barrows has received the tickets but will be able to attend the Congress but rarely.
