Scope and Contents

The Cardinal shall write to Rome and ask for the blessing of the Pope for the Columbian Catholic Congress. He would prefer that Archbishop (Patrick A.) Feehan would preside at the opening of the Congress. A letter to him is enclosed, for which Onahan is to secure an early written reply. He hopes Onahan will secure a worthy temporary and permanent President.
