Bishop Fitzgerald invited D. W. Carroll of Little Rock to attend the Catholic Congress as a Vice-President, however, he is not yet certain whether Carroll's duties will permit him to attend. Judge Carroll is of the old Maryland Carrolls and of the same family as Charles and Bishop Carroll.
