Gallagher, Sister Mary Antonia, Beatty, Pennsylvania, to Father Daniel E. Hudson, C.S.C., Notre Dame, Indiana, 1888 April 11

 Item — Box: CHUD 12
Identifier: CHUD X-3-g

Scope and Contents

Sister thanks Hudson for saying Mass for her mother and their Directress. She will send the obituary she wrote for the Pittsburgh Catholic. Until the past two or three years death was only a name to Gallagher. Mother Mary Liguori McCaffery was the rarest woman that ever lived, her ideal of a religious woman, and now she has gone to her reward. Did Hudson hear that Father Edmund Hill C.P., and Father Fidelis Stone, C.P., had an attack of cholera? They were attending cases in Valparaiso. :: X-3-g A.L.S. 8pp. 12mo.
