O'Meara sent the sketch of the "Blind Bishop". Father Joseph DamienDeVeuster is well known throughout England. Mr. Hugh Chapman, an Anglican priest whom O'Meara has been attempting to trap into the fold, has taken up the subject of DeVeuster with zeal. Her return voyage to Europe was terrible.
