Cooney hopes Father Walsh has invited Archbishop Michael Heiss of Milwaukee, spiritual director of the Union as well as the Archbishops of Cincinnati and Chicago; Bishops Ireland, Spalding, Gilmour, and Dwenger should be invited and to cap the climax, efforts should be made to get Cardinal Gibbons to attend.
