The Commencement at St. Xavier's was a success. Gallagher has some cousins named Drexel, who are going abroad for three months in Switzerland and the winter in Rome, where they hope to have an audience with Pope Leo XIII. She thanks Hudson for the book "My Direction" and the picture of St. Francis together with the letter from Rome which she enjoyed.
