Lenahan promised Our Lady of Lourdes that if he was given a certain favor through her intercession he would contribute $100 annually from his earnings as long as he lived to that which pleased her most. He made the promise seven months ago but business has been bad and he is unable to fulfill the promise, but he sends $25 now and the balance for 1884 soon.
