Piquette, Mrs. Fannie E., Washington, D. C., to Father Daniel E. Hudson, C.S.C., Notre Dame, Indiana, 1880 December 19

 Item — Box: CHUD 3
Identifier: CHUD X-2-g

Scope and Contents

She congratulates Hudson on his birthday. The little ones bore the journey well. She has only met Father F.E. Boyle to deliver Hudson's remembrance. She ran into him accidentally at her sister's. She is pleased with Washington. Hudson must see Maude Perley? and not let them talk a "religious state" to her, as she has no vocation for it. A city life in the world is as requisite to Maude's happiness and constitution as daily food. Hudson need not let Maude know she told him these things. :: X-2-g A.L.S. 4pp. 12mo.
