Two papers received reminded French of a debt. French would not object to having his letter suggest an article to the Editor of the "Catholic World." French said in a letter to Hudson "Invective has no weight with me no matter from what source it comes." He wants to know if that was intended for a shot at him, as he never does such things consciously. Has Hudson heard from Perkins?
