Egan, Maurice F., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Father Daniel E. Hudson, C.S.C ., Notre Dame, Indiana, 1879 June 29
Item — Box: CHUD 2
Identifier: CHUD X-2-e
Scope and Contents
The Scholastic's remarks about his sketches in the "Guardian Angel" not being the things for children are quite right, and he profits by their kind criticism. He has not enough courage to gather anything for Notre Dame but wonders if it would be of any use to bring out a small volume of his religious poems for the benefit of the college. The poems would be a pretext to "rake in" some money. He sends his regards to Edwards. :: X-2-e A.L.S. 2pp. 32mo.
