The regretable delay in obtaining the approbation of John Tuigg, Bishop of Pittsburgh for his pamphlet was due to the fact that the bishop is now extremely busy with diocesan duties. Wanting to make a few minor changes in manuscript he asks for other proof sheets to examine.
