Egan is sending a sonnet, "The Knighthood of Today". He says that Hudson is putting new vigor into the Ave Maria. Father John Zahm called at "McGee's" office and tried to give Egan a description of Hudson, but all that Egan got was that Father Hudson is younger than Egan had imagined.
