McMaster, John Alphonsus, Paris, Texas, to James Alphonsus McMaster, New York, New York, 1886 May 25
Scope and Contents
He did not intend to keep McMaster waiting so long for a letter, but he is on the go all the time, and when he comes to a town he is so tired that he can only notify Mr. Gallagher of his position and his route ahead. In Denison Texas he had an invitation to a ranch, but he had not accepted it. He is anxious to get home to see McMaster again. The longest part of his trip is over, and he will be home soon. He asks how the nuns were when McMaster saw them last. He outlines the next part of his trip, and asks McMaster to write to him at Plaquesmine, Louisiana, if he has time. :: I-2-f A.L.S. 2pp. 12mo.
