John's father told Gallagher that John's next address would be Lawrence. Gallagher is glad John is in good spirits in spite of the hard time he must be having getting money out of the Yankees. He wonders how John liked Boston. John may come to New York if he wishes, before going to Albany. He would save money, since it costs more to go from Boston to Albany direct.
