Keiley suggests that McMaster obtain the aid of Bishop Thomas A. Becker, of Wilmington, Delaware. Bishop Becker has already expressed his surprise that the Freeman's Journal should be classed with the World Watchman. Becker will aid McMaster in anything he sends to Rome.
