Murray, Hugh, Kingston, Canada, to James Alphonsus McMaster, New York, New York, 1871

 Item
Identifier: CMMA I-1-o

Scope and Contents

He sends an article on the "Catholic Union" which will prepare or help on the St. Peter's Union. He shall later send something about our Lady in France that will be agreeable to many of McMaster's readers. Bishop Edward Horan of Kingston was flattered at the kind reception McMaster gave Murray. McMaster is felt to be one of the household. Murray's brothers wish to be remembered to him. Alfonso Murray was quite like McMaster's son when he was a little chap. Alfonso is in the Jesuits for which Murray is happy. There is much less danger in the regular clergy. :: I-1-o A.L.S. 1p. 6to.
