Connolly, Martin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to James Alphonsus McMaster, New York, New York, 1870 May 28

 Item
Identifier: CMMA I-1-n

Scope and Contents

Connolly is a student in the seminary, and encloses an article which he wishes McMaster to publish. He is compelled to have recourse to this means, as the system of teaching in use here in the seminary. He takes this means of justifying Maynooth, or at least of giving other an opportunity of defending it against the prejudices of German doctors who never lose a chance of making anything outside of Germany a butt. He does this from his sense of duty and honor as a theologian, and asks that his name be withheld at present. :: I-1-n A.L.S. 1p. 12mo.
