Fr. Delbaer is inclosing a more detailed and specific account of the sacrilegious imposition practiced upon the clergy in this country in the matter of altar wine. He had written a previous account, but thought it too detailed, and has condensed it. He gives McMaster permission to publish it, or use it for his own personal information.
