Castet has just heard of Bayley's translation to the See of Baltimore. He sends his most sincere felicitations of the high dignity to which Bayley has been so deservedly raised. Castet is requested by his mother, by the curé of St. Jean, and by the curé of Garris, to offer their humble respects.
