Scope and Contents
He has received Lefevere's letter but he regrets that he has been misunderstood. If he mentioned his status in France and in Canada, it was not done with a view to obtaining an important assignment in Lefevere's diocese. He left France only to work for the salvation of souls. He desires to find a bishop of his country of long and great experience. Such is the reason he asks admission into Lefevere's diocese. Father J. O.
