Hempel attended Allgayer during his illness six months ago, from which his constitution has not yet recovered. Hempel does not believe Allgayer is capable of undergoing severe fatigue, and recommends a milder climate, such as that of Missouri. ` Notarized by J.W. Fein, September 20, 1865.
